CHATEAU DEL REI | Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the on-going competition (the "On-going Competition") for Chateau Del Rei sparkling wine (the "Product"). By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms. On-going Competitions will run

until the 31st December 2024.

 

2. Eligibility

The On-going Competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over. Employees of Chateau Del Rei and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

 

3. Entry Method

Each month, Chateau Del Rei will run a competition where participants stand a chance to win Chateau Del Rei for a specified period. To enter, participants must like and follow the Chateau Del Rei Instagram page. Additional engagement activities such as liking, sharing, or tagging may be required to boost participation. Entries must be submitted between 1st of the Month and 30th of the month.

4. Prize

The prize consists of a supply of Chateau Del Rei sparkling wine stock for a specified period, as described in the competition promotion. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

 

5. Selection of Winner

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition period. The draw will take place on the 30th of the Month, and the winner will be notified via Instagram within 5 days of the draw.

 

6. Claiming the Prize

The winner must respond within 5 days of notification to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, Chateau Del Rei reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

 

7. Data Protection

Personal data collected during the Competition will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will only be used for the purposes of this Competition.

 

8. Publicity

By entering the Competition, participants agree to allow Chateau Del Rei to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

 

9. Liability

Chateau Del Rei accepts no responsibility for any entries that are not received, incomplete, or delayed due to technical issues or any other reason.Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude liability for death or personal injury

caused by negligence.

10. Amendments

Chateau Del Rei reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via Instagram. By entering the Competition, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and

conditions.
